I do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations at this time. Please ensure your order is as you expect it to be prior to submitting. I make every attempt to provide as much information on products I sell and make sure you have exact representation of what you are ordering. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds will only be issued in case by case circumstances, as noted in Shipping Policy.

Order Fulfillment-Shipping Policy

I make every attempt to fulfill and ship orders within 2-3 business days. 

Items are housed in one of two locations, either in my home workshop, or in my booth at an antique mall; may be referred to as "shop". If an item you purchase is housed in my booth and your purchase is made on a day when the main store is closed (Mondays and Federal Holidays) I will pick up your item the next open business day and ship same-day or next day. 

Items are packaged with care for safe arrival to you.

Once item(s) is/are received by USPS, or alternate shipping agency, delivery may be affected by peak season or natural disaster or other event beyond human control.

You will receive shipment notification and tracking information upon shipment. Please check your email.

Custom/Commissioned Orders

Order fulfillment for custom/commissioned orders varies. Check the item description for shipping information pertaining to the specific item. Plan to keep in communication with me. As an estimate you can expect up to a two week processing time, but this will depend on the individual order. 


Pricing of shipping is dependent on weight/shipping zone and starts at $4.90 for standard shipping; will be calculated & displayed at checkout.  

Free Shipping Program

Orders $75 and over may be eligible for Free Shipping. Oversized. Bulky/heavy orders (for example furniture and paints in quarts or larger) will not be eligible and will be invoice for the cost of shipping, separately. Expect an invoice for $8 if you order contains a quart of paint+ any other items. There is a listing for this feewhich may be added to your order while you are shopping.


I use USPS and UPS for shipment. Your package will go out late morning to USPS and then will be scanned and go out to next destination later that day from the 22724 zip code. UPS shipments will go out usually next day once order is fulfilled. You can expect your delivery within 1-5 days depending on carrier.

Delivery Problems

Delivery may be delayed due to natural disaster, peak season, or other event beyond human control. Once your order is in the hands of the carrier it is beyond my control, but I will assist with determining the problem and finding a resolution, but you must contact me immediately and not beyond 7 days beyond expected delivery (as notified during shipment notification).

Other problems may include damages for which it is expected that customer will notify me immediately via email. I request customer takes photos of damaged package(s) including attached shipping label in the image, and any item damages, as well and provide photos in the email. I will provide valid proof of shipping.

In the event the package is non-deliverable due to inaccurate address entry in the website and the package is returned to me I will invoice for shipping and resend package to verified address. If not returned, shipping cost will be charged in the event that customer wishes to order replacement item.

Please double check your address entry prior to submitting your order as well as when you receive shipment confirmation. Order is fulfilled and shipped based on the address in the store website. 

I am only able to ship to address provided in store website.

If your order is marked as delivered and you have not received it contact the carrier directly with your tracking information. The carrier will be able to investigate. I am unable to assist with this beyond offering proof of shipment.

Seller Delays

I make every attempt to fulfill orders within the previously stated processing times, but delays beyond my control will be communicated to customer and an offer made to cancel will take place, if the need arises. Please ensure your contact information is accurate.

International and beyond 48 Contiguous USA Shipping

I do not offer international shipping at this time, but in the event you see an item you can't live without please contact me and I may be able to ship on case by case basis. I am not prepared to mass ship internationally.
