Roam Under the Stars Wall Hanging

This design was so much fun to play with! I love cows AND the nod to Van Gogh's Starry Night with the WhimsyKel Designs Decoupage paper, Galaxy Grazing. This extra large 30x40x2" wall hanging I found at a thrift store is the perfect surface. The imprint in it needed filling, but aside from that, its texture and frame are just what was needed for this design.
