Vintage Style Cow in Red Truck Canvas Art

One-of-a-kind canvas art created using metallic and acrylic paints, raised stencil, WoodUbend heat bendable mouldings, adhesive décor overlay printed with original artwork by Low Flying Angels.

I created this piece by first painting the gessoed canvas white and then placed the overlay in the lower right-hand corner, then painted around it and in other spots to emulate cow spots. Raised stencil was applied using a metallic black paste to the left of the overlay with the edges and some center parts being faded out to achieve a worn look, like worn lace. Pieces of newsprint style decoupage paper were decoupaged on. Scroll type corner appliques and floral motif appliques were affixed, painted and highlighted with a contrasting metallic paint. The entire piece was sealed for durability.
