Witch in a Red Dress Decorations Quartet Decoupaged Mixed Media Art Wallhanging Ornament, Halloween Decor

These decorations were created using Decoupage Queen Rice Paper design, Vintage Witch Minis, which comes 4 to a sheet. I decoupaged them onto each surface and then painted each surface with Pentart Acrylic Matte in Indigo. I added glitter stars to boost up the star count. Then the area of the moon/witch, and jack o'lantern was covered with fineline crackle effect. I varnished with glossy varnish. I added rusty, crusty metal findings and a small bit of fine glitter. Each piece has either a twine hanger with the tags having ribbon.
