Witch in Chains Decoupaged Mixed Media Art Ornament, Halloween Decor

This decoration was created using one section of Decoupage Queen Rice Paper  design. I decoupaged it onto the MDF surface and then painted each surface with Pentart Creamy Acrylic Semi Gloss in Black. I used Pentart Metal Pigments to color the large portion as well as to sentencing a design on the small part. The same colors were used on the castings.  I added metal pieces and a silver tassle.
